Dent Eraser – Mobile Paintless Dent Removal
Service Policy & Terms

We aim to provide professional, timely, and honest service to all customers. To ensure a smooth experience for both you and us, please review the following:

1. Appointments & Consultations

All services are by appointment only. Free consultations are available for dent evaluation, in person or via photos.

2. Scope of Work

Paintless dent removal is best for dents where paint is not cracked, chipped, or severely damaged. If a dent is not a good candidate for PDR, we will recommend a trusted auto body shop. We do not perform paint work, rust repair, or major collision repairs.

3. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is based on dent size, depth, and location. All estimates provided via photos or messages are preliminary and non-binding. Final pricing is determined in person after a full inspection of the damage. Due to lighting, angles, and photo quality, actual dent size, depth, and location may require an updated quote upon arrival. Payment is due in full upon completion of services. We currently accept Zelle, Cash or Check.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations, repeated rescheduling or repeated no-shows may result in a service fee at Dent Eraser’s discretion. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

5. Customer Preparation

Please have the vehicle parked in a safe, accessible location with enough space to work around the damaged area. If the dent location is in a panel that cannot be accessed due to personal items inside the car, please remove them before the appointment.

 

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for the best possible repair results. However, due to variations in metal flexibility and paint condition, 100% restoration to factory-new appearance is not always possible. All work will be explained before and after to ensure clarity and transparency.

7. Right to Decline Service:

Dent Eraser reserves the right to decline any repair deemed beyond the scope of paintless dent removal or considered unrealistic for a quality outcome. In such cases, customers may be referred to a traditional auto body shop.

8. Transportation Fees:

Service includes travel within our standard service area. Locations outside this area may incur an additional transportation fee, disclosed during the booking process.

9. Weather & Accessibility:

As a mobile service, repairs are weather-dependent and may require suitable lighting and space. Dent Eraser may reschedule appointments due to inclement weather or unsafe work conditions.

10. Agreed Service Location

As a mobile service, all repairs are performed at the pre-arranged location agreed upon between Dent Eraser and the client at the time of booking. This location must be safe, accessible, and have adequate space for our technician to work. If the location changes after booking, the client must notify us at least 12 hours in advance to confirm availability and travel time. If the client is not present or the vehicle is not available at the agreed location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the appointment may be considered a no-show, and a service call fee may apply.
